Installed this for a client and the Upsell functionality ticks all the boxes, except that it does not display/show the total amount changing as accessories/add-on items are selected or deselected. Having the option to display a sum of the original product price and the add-on prices would make this app perfect.
The Bought Frequently Together functionality does show the total amount changing, but unfortunately all the add-ons are pre-selected.
So, neither functionality is suitable and sadly have to uninstall the app.
We apologize for any confusion in our prior discussions about the Frequently Bought Together widget. It should be feasible to incorporate a custom script from the backend to ensure that FBT items are unticked by default. We have also sent an email regarding this matter. We really hope to resolve this promptly.
Upsell & Cross Sell-Sellaesy desde el primer día me ha incrementado el importe de compra de los pedidos así como también los clientes compran artículos que se requieren para usar el artículo principal. Es una magnífica app la cual tiene un costo de subscripción mensual muy bajo y para 1 a 100 pedidos mensuales es gratis. El soporte técnico es formidable. Recomiendo ampliamente esta app.
