I had a custom color issue with pop ups opened the chat got assisted and sorted all in less than 10 minutes great service and great app !!

Loving this app so far! Although initially daunting given there is limited direction upon downloading the app, I quickly got the hang of it and reached out to customer support for any questions and customization requests I had to ensure the features blended with brand storefront look and feel. At first, the Cart upselling didn't work properly because another app i've tested messed with it.
Contacted the support and my issue was fixed within 5 minutes.

FANTASTIC APP!! This app has replaced a much more expensive app that I was using for pre and post purchase up sells, and also has enhanced functionality. Not only that but if you require support they are amazing. They offer a 30min support call via calendly link, the service from Kavishan the support rep I spoke to was superb. He solved by problem and gave me great insights into utilising the app to its full potential. Thank you very much Logbase!
