We've had a great experience with Superfans. The product itself is really well-designed and does everything we hoped it would. What really stood out, though, was the customer support. Antra in particular was incredibly helpful, patient, and quick to resolve everything we ran into. It's rare to get support this good. Highly recommended!

While we've yet ot invest in the full version, we really love the features of this app! The push notifications to our customers are a fantastic bonus. The app is really easy to use, and changing the mobile site around is really intuitive. The support team is amazing (shout out Vaishnavi), always incredibly quick to respond, and they always resolve my issues on the spot. Definitely an app worth having!

We are very disappointed with this app.

We use the live selling feature only once a week, and the monthly fee is almost $600. However, the live feature has had serious issues almost every 1–2 months.

In February, we already experienced a live selling problem. After contacting support, we were told they would improve it as soon as possible. But only about one month later, another major issue happened again during our live sale.

This time, all product names showed as unreadable garbled text, so customers could not understand what products we were selling. This directly affected our live sales, customer experience, and caused business losses.

For an app charging such a high monthly fee, the core live selling function should be stable. Unfortunately, the reliability has been very disappointing, and these repeated problems have made it difficult for us to trust the app for our business.

We have been using Superfans for almost a year now and we are extremely happy with the great support they provide.
Aswini has been fantastic since day one. She is amazing at following up, as well as providing information and strategy to help us grow.

Currently in the trial mode and setting up the app has been great! The team has been very helpful explaining each step and assisting with our creation. I gave examples of the type of app I was looking for and it was created quickly and any changes I have they're quick to assist. I'd definitely recommend Superfans to any brands looking to create their own app.

Our customers were hungry for a better mobile shopping experience that no matter what theme we implemented we just couldn't accomplish. They enjoy the ease of use, and naturally more aesthetic appearance.

We were really hesitant about deploying an app because we worried the technical aspect would surpass what we felt capable of. The team at SuperFans has made this SO easy, and continue to make it easy with each new feature we add to our ecosystem.

Our customers give us feedback daily about how much they love and appreciate the app experience!

Our biggest joy to SuperFans is the ability to implement custom blocks. We could really make our app unique to our business and customers because of this. Adding custom blocks is easy, and a great way for us to really stand out compared to other traditional mobile apps.

We send push notifications via Klaviyo and Superfans. This integration is seamless and a great revenue driver!

Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend SuperFans to other small or large businesses looking to deploy a mobile app for their customers.
