We have used this app for quite a while now and it works great. It is perfect for handling all the various thumbnail images that go with each color of our different products. We have used it on two themes so far. Whenever we have needed support they were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this app.
Excellent support - really helpful
This app works wonderful and has really cleaned up my shop. I just opened back in March and made do as best I could with shopify's limited options in regards to variants. But as soon as I could justify it I knew I wanted to download this app. Business has been steady and consistent and I see this being a great investment in creating a great customer experience.
Oliver had to add some code to my theme (retina) and communicated back and forth with me until I understood the app and how it worked. :)
Dave went above and beyond for me after I couldn't get VIP to work with my new theme that I bought. He could have easily just said "sorry it is not going to work" but he created a new product template for me and now I am good to go. That is true customer service. Thanks Dave and VIP team.
Great app!!! Even better customer service!!! I had a little hiccup trying to figure out how to properly configure the app with our theme, so I emailed them and got a very quick response from a friendly guy named Oliver. He corresponded with me through email for a couple days and got everything working the way we needed! Thank you Oliver!
Probably the best variant image plugin there is. its cheap and super easy to use unlike other plugins. They also customized my theme files to make my custom theme work with the app. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
This works perfectly. Customers only see the variants you want them to see - which is exactly what I needed. Their support was beyond helpful as well. Great app!
Exceptional App! Drag and drop images as necessary without any complications. Just follow the setup advice... Takes minutes! I had one or two personal preferences, which the owner responded to fairly promptly. All in all, everything was running at absolute perfect standard within 7 days. Will be keeping the app for the forseeable! Highly recommend

1. This app itself is concise, easy to use, and does what it does
2. The amount of support I received upon encountering problems is incredible. First, there is a website that guides users who had problems using the app(very informative and comprehensive). Second, Dave was tremendously helpful when I emailed my problems to him. He responded quickly and it was heart-warming to see him go the extra mile to write codes for me to help make the app more compatible on mobile platforms. Thanks Dave!
