Vendor Consignment

The team is great. They are very helpful and have a robust roadmap to get their product to a world class app. I am getting it going for my non-profit and having success (very easy to pay all my vendors and to track sales). I run a print-on-demand marketplace for charities and artists in the UK. I trialled 6 Vendor apps and Vendor Consignment was in my opinion the best of the 6, really well priced, very easy to use and our partners (we call them partners not vendors!!) can see their sales and commissions in real time.

This is by far the best app on Shopify if you are dealing with Multiple vendors. Excellent support, excellent customization. This app has single handedly elevated my business to the next level!

We are newer to implementing this app.... what I love the most about it is the support, the team and the improvements they have been making. They listen to your feedback and work to help make it the best it can be for your business. I highly recommend and can't wait to see it evolve.

Update:
Unfortunately we've had to discontinue our use of this app as it is constantly unreliable with vendor payouts, it is very glitchy for the vendors to use, and just was not something we could depend on. The team still do offer great customer service and in time this app does have potential.

Chance! All I can say is this app is worth the effort. If you are managing a team of vendors, try it. You will not regret taking the leap. Chance is available to assist and the support I recieved during the setup and testing period was superb. Customer support is phenomenal - best one I've experienced in my 4 years of using Shopify. Our vendors are happy. Our consignment model and processes have become a lot easier. Keep it up :)

If you're looking for a commission tracker there is no better app to use. Chance and his team take care of you like you are the only client they have. This app saves me 100s of hours in tracking.

This app is great for businesses that have products on consignment. Helps track vendor payouts and sales commissions. Good support by Visceral Apps as well.

We've been using the App for about 9 months. It meets our needs and I look forward to more features in the future. Support has been excellent.

10/16/2023 Update: Visceral has been great. We've been using Vendor Consignment for well over a year and it is working great. Support is excellent. I am updating my review because they just helped me out with a special request. They didn't have to, but they did. Support is awesome. We have complex needs, and Visceral works great for us. Thanks so much!!
