Chance! All I can say is this app is worth the effort. If you are managing a team of vendors, try it. You will not regret taking the leap. Chance is available to assist and the support I recieved during the setup and testing period was superb. Additionally I will add that it felt very personalized and tailored to the needs of my business, not his which is what makes me want to do business with him. Thank you Chance!
If you're looking for a commission tracker there is no better app to use. Chance and his team take care of you like you are the only client they have. This app saves me 100s of hours in tracking.
I have bene using the app since August 2020. A few bugs in the beginning that Chance was totally on top of and fixed them all in a timely manner. It works very well now and the new release seems great too. I run vendor consignment reports monthly and even have my clients log into the system as well to check their inventory and payouts. Everyone has been very happy with it so far. I know Chance is working hard at making sure it has all the features customers need. I have even requested some things that he customized for me which was so awesome and i'm so appreciative for,. I highly recommend this app. It's one of the best ones I have come across in the vendor consignment world..
Great for what it offers, I don't currently use it but downloaded it to see and it is setup with a really easy to use format. The chat feature I used for them, once I added the app to shopify, was easy to use and they responded right away during their normal business hours.
Initially, it worked well and I was able to get help quickly when I needed it. Then I had a hard time getting any response to my questions when some of the receipts started to pull inaccurately into the app, messing up the numbers. It would just be random sales here are there for no apparent reason so I would have to double check everything. And the section to record vendor payouts sometimes randomly deletes the amounts I inputted. It's just not a reliable app and support is really lacking. It's completely not worth the amount you will pay per month because we still need to manually track everything.
App looks great and offers far more functions and features than others, Chance was quick to respond when we had questions and even offered a walkthrough. Thanks for the support and great new tool for our business!
The team is great. They are very helpful and have a robust roadmap to get their product to a world class app. I am getting it going for my non-profit and having success (very easy to pay all my vendors and to track sales). If you have a question... just reach out and they will do all they can to help.
Run into a few issues from time to time, but their support is pretty helpful in resolving them. They make continuous updates to improve the app.
This is by far the best app on Shopify if you are dealing with Multiple vendors. Excellent support, excellent customization. This app has single handedly elevated my business to the next level!
We had this app installed for over a month and the developer was extremely responsive to initial concerns. We were extremely excited to offer it through our shop! Unfortunately the developer entirely stopped responding and the app never worked for us as it did not properly read our consignors products. We followed up several times and felt we were extremely patient in waiting for resolutions but received no additional feedback after several attempts reaching out. We're very bummed it didn't work out and hope they are able to get it up and running in the future as we really do love how the design was supposed to work!
