I was able to test this app after some assistance from its devs. While it might still need a few adjustments, the whole concept looks very promising. My personal experience is a good example of how effective customer support might be to overcome a first bad impression.

Excellent app. Good for beginners. Obviously I would appreciate more design adjustments available for those on the free plan as it is very limiting, however i understand it's only available on the paid plans. Good app though overall for beginners as I said.
Video Ad Machine is a great way to add a little pizzazz to ordinary social media ads & posts. You have the ability to twerk the design to your liking and pick your own products!!!
The add creation looked good, I don't like paying for impressions for ads, I contacted support about it and they've got back to me pretty quickly, with some solutions I'll try. Like other reviews the support is good and I recommend trying the product.
Thanks so much for your feedback, glad you like the look of the videos. Sorry for the delay on our chat, we always try to be as responsive as possible. With regards to paying per impression, if you optimize your ads for Conversions or Landing Page Views (which are the most efficient methods to get purchases) than you can only be charged by impressions. This is of course controlled by Facebook so our app needs to follow this logic.
In case of your store and your products it should be working pretty well but of course it need some time for the campaigns to find the right audience. Also, it depends a lot on factors such as products in the ad, the actual offer, the audience selection, etc. Also, we're happy to share some more tips & tricks on how you can make most our of your video ads. It doesn't offer automation. You have to post the products yourself. The free plan is very simple. Could have more possibilities, namely, the possibility to publish to more social networks. But you can download the video, which is a good thing. I think the free version could allow more than 3 options of visualization.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts! Our service primarily focuses on ads and it automates video creation rather then the publishing process. It generates videos automatically when you upload new products to the store, as well as it sends you a video ad every week that you can post or run as an ad right away.
You're right, it still doesn't have the auto-post feature, but the good news is that this is exactly what we're building right now and in a few weeks there will be an update that will allow you to schedule and automate Facebook posts. Also, we'll be adding more social networks in future but since e-commerce businesses get most of their customers from Facebook ads we'd like to make that part as valuable as possible.

I've created two videos and they have yet to show up on the dashboard. Its blank. do not download. A waste of time.

The app has successfully sent you emails with the created videos in them, so it seems the creation was successful.
