The customer service is very good, they are very helpful and I like that you get to manage and publish your reviews vs them just automatically publishing. If I get a bad review, I’ll email the customer & try to work it out.
I love this app, wonderful customer service, I can always get quick and easily find someone for help.
Let me start off by saying, we have tried several other review apps. This is by far the best at least with setting up and appearance (haven't received any reviews yet, we just installed). Very easy to understand and set up, and looks great (I'm super picky). Their customer service is AMAZING! They really go above and beyond. Thanks Yusuf!
Easily the best in the world of review apps. All the features you would need for an optimal experience. It also helps that they are an independent review collection platform, which helps our customers trust us and our reviews more. Awesome customer support! It said that it would take hours before a customer service rep would answer, but Yusuf joined the live chat in less than an hour and really went the extra mile to solve my concerns!

I can't lie it was kinda difficult to insert my reviews onto a Google Sheet because my selling platform wasn't recognized by HelpfulCrowd, but the customer service is AMAZING! As soon as I contacted they answered in about 20 mins or less, "Anna" went above and beyond and I am very happy with thier services.
