This intuitive tool makes it easy to add video content across all areas of the site. An important feature for all commerce sites is the ability to enable CTAs that allow users to add products directly to the cart. Vidjet hosts the videos; it has not negatively impacted site load times or increase bounce rates. Although this isn't a new or groundbreaking tool, the prompt responses from the support team make the app even better.

Nous avons un site multilingue (français, allemand, anglais) et des vidéos dans différentes langues. L'équipe Vidjet nous a aidé à configurer leur fonctionnalité de localisation sur notre site, afin que nous puissions montrer du contenu pertinent aux visiteurs navigant dans différentes langues.
Les admin sur hyper disponible, ils répondent très rapidement et compétents. Je recommandes les yeux fermés !

Great app, the team helped with the on-boarding and I'm very excited to see what it brings in sales wise!
Edit: The platform is unstable on the back end and when you edit something, it seems to upset something else. I just tried to upload a new video and it deleted another video in my campaign, along with resetting the thumbnails and caption/title for the other videos. Makes no sense.
Edit 2: Vidjet reached out to me and fixed the issues mentioned above.

Our online store operates in both French and English, so it's crucial for us to find apps with localization features. Vidjet allows us to tag videos by language and display them to the appropriate visitors, based on their browsing language. Additionally, the tool is user-friendly, and customer service has been proactive in onboarding us and suggesting videos to publish.

I am using this app almost in 6 shopify stores, it is converting really well, and give my customers more trust by showing our products videos, and reviews on our websites, people likes to see than reading.
I will keep using this app in evey new stores i will create.
