The support these guys offer is 10/10. Whenever i've needed something modified or actioned or simply just a question, they are EXTREMELY helpful and accomodating. I discussed with Pete with my issue on adding a few things to my packing slip and it was a very seamless process. Highly recommend these guys, we've been using them for years now!

Vify, is a simple invoice addon that seamlessly send your customer an invoice for their purchase. I recently had an issue with Outlook not displaying the invoice correctly. i contacted Vify Support who answered my questions well, whilst the agent was able to solve my problem she escalated it to a technical team and said they will be in touch with a solution. right enough the technical team solved the issue. Great app, works perfectly and very good support team! Even on night shift! You can reach out to the support team if you want the watermark on the invoices removed.
We would like to take the time to also thank Pete, since he tried proactively to help us with our store. He provided detailed guidance to add the VIFY “Download PDF Invoice” block directly to our Order Status Page and Thank You Page. Keep up the good work!

the app has all that you need, especially if you have a store with multiple languages, the support is amazing, Pete was really helpful and found the solution for my issues and worries. I would say easy pick when it comes to order printer apps.

Fantastic App - for small businesses the free version is perfect and helps you get on your feet. Have tried the 14 day trial and it is also great and does what it says it will do . The invoice look and feel is great and professional. And very easy to use. The customer service is excellent. I will be upgrading to the paid for version as soon as i feel I have enough orders to warrant it.

I have tried multiple invoice generator apps and this one is by far the best. It runs seamlessly without any flaws. The best thing about this app is the customer service though by far. We had a few customizations that we wanted to add to our invoices and the team at vify worked very promptly on helping us get these added. Couldnt recommend this app enough!

We are a Shopify customer and needed some help to try and integrate third party invoices into Vify. We received great help form Vify customer support. Unfortunately it didn't work out, nonetheless the support person Liam really tried to integrate our requests.

So far we've had a great experience with this app. The support has been especially helpful as we've worked on customizing our templates. I would love to see further customization opportunities in the future.

This app is great! They even helped me get it on my checkout and thank you page so that my wholesale customers can download the invoice right away.
