The support was amazing. They translated a couple of things that I needed to be translated and made some more changes for free that I really appreciated. Nisha was super helpful and quick. I recommend it.

UPDATE:

They keep on having amazing support. Every time I've had an issue they have solved it in a matter of minutes, which is great and necessary when running an online store. Very happy with this app.

The app work perfectly : it allows customers to ask for a notification when a product is back in stock. I use the free version and I am very happy with it. Customer service is also efficient as they answer really quick and fix your problem.

We've only had the app for a couple weeks but so far it working and producing results as hoped. Our store brings in small quantities and has high product turnover so the easy customer feedback provided by Stock Alerts helps us to quickly assess the need to reorder specific items. We had a need to move the location of the email form and the great customer service to get it done was quick, very interactive to be clear on the requirement, and the result was just what we needed. We'll update this review in a few weeks after we and our customers have had a chance to really try the functionality and reporting, and we can assess the results.

We snagged this app to help reduce the amount of inquires we had with respect to restocking items. Our business has items coming in and out of inventory frequently and this app has been a game changer. We had some minor CSS issues and their support handled it WITHIN hours. Very pleased with the level of support, quality of the app, and slick metrics. Highly recommend this app if your business is in need of this type of service.
