Customer service is really great and helpfull
Doesn't always want to load. Have had to reconnect it to our storefront on more than one occasion. It'd be great if it alerted us when someone requests an update, instead of having to manually monitor the app.
**Second Update** Only after changing my original glowing review and leaving the review below, Swym decided to try to help me. They were very cooperative and helpful, and I am happy to say it is now working properly once again, so I will keep my subscription as it works very well for my store. I'm just disappointed that it took me leaving a less than glowing review to get them to be responsive. * ...
They offer a 30 day trial period, which is great. Description says "Works with Shopify Locations." ... maybe... if you upgrade to $99/mo... then we think this feature just Notifies your customers in different locations when an item is back in stock. We do not think this app works with Shopify's multiple warehouse Locations... For example: we only want app to show Notify for a specific warehouse ...

The app was working great and then suddenly it stopped... I could not access the app for several hours and once I was finally able to access it, I no longer had the functionality provided in the trial. My customers were not able to select to be notified, etc.
