To not get any notification when customer ask for stock stock alert.
The navigation is not really friendly also

Doesn't always want to load. Have had to reconnect it to our storefront on more than one occasion. It'd be great if it alerted us when someone requests an update, instead of having to manually monitor the app.

**Second Update** Only after changing my original glowing review and leaving the review below, Swym decided to try to help me. They were very cooperative and helpful, and I am happy to say it is now working properly once again, so I will keep my subscription as it works very well for my store. I'm just disappointed that it took me leaving a less than glowing review to get them to be responsive. **Update** I originally gave this app 5 stars; I have an issue and the app is not working and they say they cannot fix it. Will be canceling my subscription; I'm so disappointed.

They offer a 30 day trial period, which is great. Description says "Works with Shopify Locations." ... maybe... if you upgrade to $99/mo... then we think this feature just Notifies your customers in different locations when an item is back in stock. We do not think this app works with Shopify's multiple warehouse Locations... For example: we only want app to show Notify for a specific warehouse location that is out of stock, such as our EU warehouse, but not a warehouse that has product in stock, such as our USA warehouse... we do not think it will do this even if you pay $99/mo. Also, we wanted to uninstall app code that the developer added to our web site, but app does not do it automatically and developer will not uninstall code if you decide you do not want their app... they just sent us a web site address on how to do it ourselves... we are not sure we would have even tried their app if we would have known this :(

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. With the Multi-location feature, our app will identify your online inventory across locations. If the product is back in stock and available for online sale, the shoppers will be notified so they can revisit your site and complete their purchase. This would eliminate the possibility of sending out a notification to an online customer when a product is not actually available for online purchase. Our team has already reached out to you to understand your use case better and help you in the best way possible.

Also, we lose access the moment you uninstall the app and that prevents us from automatically cleaning up all our files - am sorry about that but it's, unfortunately, a limitation where we have very little control. We had received your approval for our collaborator access request via Shopify. We have now removed all the remnant codes/snippet files from your theme. The app was working great and then suddenly it stopped... I could not access the app for several hours and once I was finally able to access it, I no longer had the functionality provided in the trial. My customers were not able to select to be notified, etc.
