Abdoned cart recovery is not at all working. A support ticket and multiple follow ups didn't get any responses. Pathetic customer support.
We have contacted the team for a resolution but no response from them. There tracking link and order detail link is not working at all.
Very useful app. Customers chat with us for more information, and conversion rate geting higher. Higly recommend this app.
