I wanted to run a campaign for Black Friday in order to inform all of my customers of the promo and I run into several upsetting and ruther frustrating technical issues with Whatsapp: 1. template creation was painful as it was appearing an error which didn't allow me to actually create a template. Contacted the technical team who at last managed to solve the issue. 2. Once the template issue was solved, I decided to run the campaign and imagine what? out of more than 5000 users just 70 received the message. I contated the support which told me first that it was because my FBM was not verified (not true as my FBM is verified). After that, they told me that it was a technical error which they would have fixed in 2 hours. Than they also told me that I was on the "growth plan" and as such, I wouldn't be able to contact all 5000 users as the growth plan is up to 1000. Fair enough, I upgraded to the entreprise plan (which is the most expensive). Well, I run again the campaign as they suggested and this time once again only 80 customers receive my message. Even worst, I've realised that those few customers who actually received the promo message, received it from a different whatsapp number than mine. Although, my whatsapp API it's approved!!! I'm still waiting for the resolution of the problem, but they stopped getting back to my emails and anyway meanwhile black friday is gone! Completely unreliable and unprofessional service. For free it might be acceptable but nothing more than that.

The function of the app is good. But its bad that after a update options are automatically turned on and some boxes and optins showed up without me knowing about that. That was really a conversion killer for our store. If that happens again i will switch to another app.

I am trying to delete this app, and there is no visible way to do it. It's very important. I sent an email as well with this request. This last update is generating a lot of complaints from customers. I was only able to hide the icon

Even you have good features but you bacame an aggressive, sticky and unpleasant app. You are sticking to the add to cart, to checkout to collect customer data but that can't be mandatory as not everyone using WA. In plus, without any consent and settings from our side - you generated 20% discount codes for customers on a market where 5% is already to much.... Your customer support poor and mainly just automated answers - no willingness to sort the problems.....That can be an option what you restricted and can't setup our 4th store. So deleting you from everywhere.... Good luck

this is one of those apps that actually does what it says it does and does it really well, if you want a free whatsapp button you get that with no issues, also you can set it up in a whole range of diffferent ways and it has a lot of interesting options to grow with your store.
We used this app for over a year and it worked super well. However they changed their plan and didn't let us know over email. The app stopped working and we learned from our customers.... ON TOP OF THAT, THEY INSERTED A POP UP IN OUR CART PAGE that STOPPED OUR CUSTOMERS FROM PROGRESSING TO CHECKOUT. We never signed up for any pop up, never allowed it. In summary, we had a 90% DROP in our checkout process. This app directly impacted our sales today negatively (our sales dropped 90% vs our daily average).

It doesn't allow to disable some widgets or you must get an extra verification step to control your own account, this verification was not completed by superlemon in over a month. Every update took a lot of time and their response time is very long. We had to switch to a different app as we never recieved any answer from them.

BUYER BEAWARE***** They hid their fee in the minimized text you could be charged up to $5000 a month. I made a mistake of installing it by lookin at their reviews I now know they are fake. They wouldn't even get back to me to set up the app even I signed on their monthly subscription plan then I noticed they are charging me one by one for the app it not even set up yet. Stay AWAY AT ALL COST

This app does not live up to the promised services, I had set up my button to be contacted on whatsapp, but the button did not do this, but opened a popup where it asked for the customer's number, Absurd! Also it is unbelievable that in 2023 an app on Shopify App Store does not have a chat with customer service, only email.
I try to contact support but till now no answer so far, I upgrade my plan to create a campaign but I can not create at teamplet I keep sending emails but it seems that I am sending them to the empty space there is no support from them at all
