Malísima instalan popups que no se pueden modificar y en la configuracion son ocultos y el servicio de ayuda no funciona
Please do not install this APP. It has been two years they have been charging $25 every month. We have a paid plan from day 1, and it was supposed to be $15. Despite multiple tickets, we have not received the refund. And we are going to complain about this to SHOPIFY no one else should fall into this trap. They shamelessly keep charging no matter what you do. Apart from this, when you install this app, you will see the abandoned cart details in the app, but they will not show up in Shopify customers / abandoned carts, so if you discontinue the app, you will not have these abandoned carts and customer details. We are left with no option other than to write this feedback here to get their attention. Because the customer care SUCKS. They promise to refund but keep charging.

Terrible experience with the Superlemon app! The chat window stopped working, and despite multiple attempts to get support, the issue was never resolved. The support team keeps making empty promises but does nothing to fix the problem. This has severely impacted our business as we are unable to communicate with customers properly.
After weeks of frustration, we are uninstalling this app. I know the developers will never respond, but I hope this review reaches their management. Their negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Avoid this app if you don’t want to waste your time and risk losing business!

If you just need the widget that appears on your website to connect with your customers Superlemon works just fine. However, none of the automation works properly and to make it worse no customer service is available to help. I have sent over more than 3 emails and I just got one response saying they will investigate and never came back to me for more than a week.

We have contacted the team for a resolution but no response from them. There tracking link and order detail link is not working at all.
parou de funcionar, nao leva mais o cliente para o whatspp direto, quando clica no icone do whatsapp abre uma janela de chat mas nao joga para o whatsapp.
This is the worst app so far I came across. They don't even care or solve merchant issues. They don't even have a call support and they don't respond to mails. I have to wait for many days to resolve any issues.

Abdoned cart recovery is not at all working. A support ticket and multiple follow ups didn't get any responses. Pathetic customer support.
