It was super easy to setup this app and get our whatsapp comms to customers automated within couple of days. Very helpful team, they helped us get our whatsapp account settings right and get rolling very quickly
Me estaban generando cobros que NUNCA autoricé, porque estaba en una plan GRATIS. Y revise que en los ultimos 6 meses me estuvieron cobrando un servicio de automatizacion que no habia solicitado, NO la instalen ni por broma , al principio es GRATIS y luego te cobran, supuestamente porque envian mensajes de automatizacion, y por esos incidentes shopify no se hace responsable.

Lamentamos mucho tu experiencia — definitivamente no es la experiencia que queremos para nuestros usuarios.
Para aclarar, Shopify requiere una aprobación explícita antes de que cualquier aplicación pueda realizar cargos, y la facturación está vinculada a la actividad de mensajes (conversaciones de WhatsApp enviadas a través de Meta). Aun así, entendemos que esto pudo no haber sido claro en tu caso y lo tomamos muy en serio.
Desde que adquirimos SuperLemon recientemente, estamos mejorando activamente el proceso de onboarding, la transparencia en precios y los controles para evitar que algo así vuelva a ocurrir.

Malísima instalan popups que no se pueden modificar y en la configuracion son ocultos y el servicio de ayuda no funciona
pathetic scammers. they just deduct money without any prior notice of per mesage . totally pathetic and not worth it . they are scamming and doing fraud . instead of limiting the people to use service they are directly deducting amounts . i am opening federal charge against them as well as chargeback in my accounts

Si ya hiciste el upgrade, vamos a revisar lo siguiente:
¿Podrías confirmar si la app está activada en tu tema?
Ve a Shopify Admin → Tienda online → Temas → Personalizar → App embeds
Busca nuestra app y asegúate de que esté activada (ON) y guarda los cambios.
Después de activarla, actualiza tu tienda (mejor en modo incógnito).
Si sigue sin funcionar, por favor envíanos:
El nombre de tu tienda
Una captura de pantalla del problema
Qué es exactamente lo que no está funcionando

Please do not install this APP. It has been two years they have been charging $25 every month. We have a paid plan from day 1, and it was supposed to be $15. Despite multiple tickets, we have not received the refund. And we are going to complain about this to SHOPIFY no one else should fall into this trap. They shamelessly keep charging no matter what you do. Apart from this, when you install this app, you will see the abandoned cart details in the app, but they will not show up in Shopify customers / abandoned carts, so if you discontinue the app, you will not have these abandoned carts and customer details. We are left with no option other than to write this feedback here to get their attention. Because the customer care SUCKS. They promise to refund but keep charging.

Terrible experience with the Superlemon app! The chat window stopped working, and despite multiple attempts to get support, the issue was never resolved. The support team keeps making empty promises but does nothing to fix the problem. This has severely impacted our business as we are unable to communicate with customers properly.
After weeks of frustration, we are uninstalling this app. I know the developers will never respond, but I hope this review reaches their management. Their negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Avoid this app if you don’t want to waste your time and risk losing business!
I don't need the App right now..but there is no option to uninstall or contact the helpdesk?

You can visit “Apps Settings” in your Shopify Admin and find Marketing+Support on WhatsApp to uninstall. If you email us at support@superlemon.xyz I can share more visual instructions. Apologies that it’s not obvious. We’ll fix it. Thank you.
If you just need the widget that appears on your website to connect with your customers Superlemon works just fine. However, none of the automation works properly and to make it worse no customer service is available to help. I have sent over more than 3 emails and I just got one response saying they will investigate and never came back to me for more than a week.
