SL: WhatsApp Chat + Marketing

We have been using the App for 3 years and we haven’t faced any major issues. Most importantly, we appreciate the great customer service. They are quite fast and reliable. I definitely recommend anyone who is thinking to use this App. Thank you.

We had this app installed for several years and continued being charged monthly through Shopify Billing. When we recently reviewed the app, it was not functioning and showed a "site can't be reached" error when accessed. We contacted support requesting clarification and a refund review but did not receive a response. Unfortunately, this was our experience.

L’app offre tantissime possibilità di automazione e permette di creare campagne mirate e personalizzate, rendendo molto più efficace la gestione dei clienti e il recupero delle vendite.

Ma quello che fa davvero la differenza è il team di Superlemon: sempre disponibile, rapido nel rispondere e soprattutto molto preparato. Quando abbiamo avuto esigenze particolari, ci hanno aiutato a trovare la soluzione e, dove necessario, hanno anche sviluppato funzionalità personalizzate su nostra richiesta.

Non è scontato trovare un’app così completa accompagnata da un’assistenza così presente e attenta alle esigenze del singolo store.

Consigliatissima a chi vuole sfruttare davvero WhatsApp e le automazioni nel proprio e-commerce.

exelente aplicacion, el servicio cliente es el mejor. un poco de paciencia con las respuestas por que como estan en la India tu vez los mensajes en retardo pero por lo demas funciona perfectamente.

Terrible experience with the Superlemon app! The chat window stopped working, and despite multiple attempts to get support, the issue was never resolved. The support team keeps making empty promises but does nothing to fix the problem. This has severely impacted our business as we are unable to communicate with customers properly.

After weeks of frustration, we are uninstalling this app. I know the developers will never respond, but I hope this review reaches their management. Their negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Avoid this app if you don’t want to waste your time and risk losing business!

It works only in app but the WA app on phone doesn't function. We uninstalled the app but still experiencing trouble to connect WA business account in a normal way..

Feels like a fraud. I was getting billed without any usage and being on the free plan. Customer support didn't react to my complaint.

Update: Customer Service finally responded. They linked all charges to the automation in the app but none of the automation functions were activated on my side - so I still confirm a fraud. Won't be fighting further over the couple of bucks. Just stay away from this app.

Abdoned cart recovery is not at all working. A support ticket and multiple follow ups didn't get any responses. Pathetic customer support.

I have been using the free version for a long time. Then I decided to upgrade my plan and it was a disaster. Faced so many issues within the app, tried to contact support but either they are very busy or just lame. My issues are still pending. Templates are approved on Facebook but they are pending in apps.
