This app does not work, I tried to set up the simplest function, set store hours and it won´t work unless I set it up to be available 24/7 , help

It was a good app, but they start to charging me and I don't know why If I have the free plan. Also an app of WhatsApp and they don't have WhatsApp support, so wrong. The worst support, I send an e-mail days before and there's no answer yet
I always used this, but they changed the interface, now people gotta plug their phone number and they asked you to update to free but they can charge $500. I dont get it, it was a great app, i recommended it to all my students
The App is super simple to use. Yet, should you have any problems, reaching out to support IS A TASK!!!
Maybe they should use their own app so we can reach them instantly??????????? The app worked fine initially, now it doesn't work at all and I just cannot reach support to help me out

I installed the APP in my store yesterday and it is very easy to configure, its interface is clean and simple to use, for someone who does not have knowledge it will help a lot ... I give two stars because the most important thing in this application is not the WhatsApp Widged, but the automatic sending of an abandoned cart message ... unfortunately the template they have configured is very simple and they do not allow editing ... I asked them to help me to customize it and they refused ... I want to tell you that not all online stores are the same and each one has its own style to communicate with its customers, when they solve that problem I will hire their services and recommend them to my community.
Crashed on the first attempt of usage. Let us see what happens later on. I did not have a wonderful experience with the app as such till now.

Even you have good features but you bacame an aggressive, sticky and unpleasant app. You are sticking to the add to cart, to checkout to collect customer data but that can't be mandatory as not everyone using WA. In plus, without any consent and settings from our side - you generated 20% discount codes for customers on a market where 5% is already to much.... Your customer support poor and mainly just automated answers - no willingness to sort the problems.....That can be an option what you restricted and can't setup our 4th store. So deleting you from everywhere.... Good luck

I can't disable the optin widget, I hate it!! The support doesn't exist, never send me back a verification for checkout
