Marketing+Support on WhatsApp

Excellent, even on the free plan! The paid plan is a bit expensive for about $100/yr but I'd love to upgrade at some point.

For free Whatsapp integration - Impressive. After trying and failing 9-10 other Whatsapp chat Shopify apps this one installed and was up and running in minutes. No need payment, no Facebook account setup, no registration, no first-run bugs etc. It has very flexible presentation options (left/right, icons, agents, auto lists, on-line hours, off-line messages etc.) Will be trying this further for 1-2 weeks and feel confident in signing up for the not-expensive payment plan in the near future.

This app is absolutely superb! If you don't want to worry about coding a button overlay that links to your whatsapp then this is the app for you. It's design makes it so that when someone is on desktop it sends them to web.whatsapp and when on mobile it sends them to api.whatsapp. This didn't work for me since most people on computers within my market use the whatsapp app directly. A quick chat with their support team helped me fix this very easily. 10/10

Great app, looks great and nicely customisable! And best part is it's free. We had a widget at the bottom of our page with another app and were able to easily increased the height of this app without any coding! Would definitely recommend!
