The worst app I must say. They have been charging me a subscription fee for the last 3 months, although I'm not using their services. Tried to contact them but no response from them yet. I even tried to contact Shopify but they gave no satisfactory response.

In listing page it is very clear that app is free for development store only. Noone can offer free software. It requires huge amount of work as well as server cost which does not come free of cost

This plugin gave me a terrible experience. I tried to close the subscription, but unfortunately I couldn't find the close page. I tried to email the developer to ask how to close the subscription, but no one responded.

I have asked time and time again for help as I cant get it to work on SMS for Abadoned Carts, or Emails. And the credit is going down but there doesnt seem to be any SMS happening so why is the credit reducing.

My evaluation that I wrote before is still valid. Not working. Especially for testing purposes, I left an item in the cart on my site and I did not receive a WhatsApp message. The only feature of the application is that it serves no purpose other than showing the message "Unable to Recover", indicating that the product left in the cart was not converted into sales.

Son unos ladron@s, instalas la aplicación 10 minutos y te cobran casi 4€, después no te responden a nada, ni a los correos ni a los mensajes, nada. Te roban tu dinero por una aplicación que no vale para nada. Shopify tampoco se hace responsable del cargo que me hicieron. Ladron@s de vergüenza
