I was happy to find a budget friendly tool.. and then i contacted support to understand how a small feature works.. they charged me 15000 INR just to provide the support.. i told them i can afford to pay 3000-4000 INR.. they denied.. why will a person come to a shitty interface app to spend 15k inr just to get their support.. why wont the person simply use Wati and Interakt? Pushdaddy guys seem to be scammers.. also, their customer reviews seem to be fake purchased.. because why will so many people leave such great reviews for high charging poor support poor interface tool..

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. YOU CANNOT USE JUST A CHATBOT YOU HAVE TO USE THE WHATS APP FUCTION TO USE THIS.CUSTOMERS DO NOT WANT TO GIVE OUT THERE PESONAL WHATS TO CONTACT U.AND THEY HAVE THE WORST TECHNICAL SUPPRT I HAVE EVER SEEN, I MESSAGED 5 TIMES GOT ONE RESPONSE WHICH DIDNT HELP.I WOULD RATHER PAY FOF AN APP WITH SUPPORT THAT A FREE WITH NO SUPPORT THAT DOESNT WORK ANYWAY.IF YOU WANT PROOF I HAVE SAVED WHAT I SENT THE TECH SUPPRT AND WHAT THEY ANSWERED. NO SUPPORT DO NOT INSTALL. I AM JST ABOUT TO UNISTALL NOW. REALLY REALLY BAD SUPPORT AND NO CHAT BOT ONLY!!!! THERE ARE 3 OTHER APPS THAT WORK AND ARE BETTER . BY FAR

It's impossibile use this app. Every 6-7 seconds the app redirects to "rate us" page and don't save anything. I'm trying to modify something but every 6-7 seconds I have to click to "come back" chrome's button (or safari) because there is always this shameful and very useless redirect. Very very bad and unsatisfied.

In addiction when you try to use "Whatsapp Chrome Extension" you can't see correctly chats because there aren't. Instead of chats there is a white background unclickable and stop.

One of the worst apps I have ever seen on Shopify, I know you want us to upgrade features, I am okay with it but there so so many redirections even if I click on something else opens it's like nay poor google ad sense website, I don't know what is wrong with you guys, but people at least need to check that this app is worth it or not before clicking on payments I have seen dashboard with so many features but before I check what this app can do they un necessary redirections spoiled my interest

You guys need to work on your business model this is now how things work in 2023

Very bad app, unclear and full of confusing pop ups, plus I had to pay about 4$ just to install it and start using it. All other apps always allow a trial of days or weeks, they don't, I paid and after a few minutes already uninstalled. A shame

what a terrible website. i can't make any changes before it redirects me to some scammy looking advertisement popup. I will be amazed if i get out of here without a virus. who does your web design? it's horrific.

Working very bad , I used it on my 1st store that was fine but now this app automatically redirect to other sites and that gives very bad experience.

Very bad app, you can't update and change Easly,
I will delete it and make another apps,
I tried many times to change or enhance it easy but i can't also they don't have live chat to support.

Why there is a redirection every 5 seconds? This is so annoying. I wanted to use it but now I'm going to use some other paid app. I'm a software developer and I have never seen such a bad and annoying UI ever in my life.

We are using this app for our two websites, Last day we had a very bad experience with this app. That’s why that time only we uninstalled and added another one. Very irritating app
