We are using this app for our two websites, Last day we had a very bad experience with this app. That’s why that time only we uninstalled and added another one. Very irritating app

Recently they changed the app and now I am unable to edit the number and other details. Tried to contact support but didnt receive reply yet.

The button doesn't show as we configured it to be on desktop and doesn't show at all on mobile. It shows when we delete the app and reinstall but then disappears again when we try to customize.

La aplicación me había funcionado a la perfección hasta hace poco...Dice que es 100% gratis y ahora me está cobrado para poder utilizarla. Además, la interfaz es imposible de utilizar pues cada 5 segundos redirecciona a otro lugar.

This is the worst app I've ever seen. It's impossible to use. I tried to talk to customer service and no one is there... and, when finally, James answered me... nothing changes...
Also, they say it's free, but IT'S NOT. They charge me to install it. And, nothing works properly.

It is not good, because in the mobile version it hides the confirmation of the privacy and it is much too aggressive in the display. Therefore we have deleted it again. More harm than good for us. Too bad, because the idea is very good. If the design is improved, we will come back to it. Ist nicht gut, da es in der Handy Version das Bestätigen vom Datenschutz verdeckt und es ist viel zu Aggressiv in der Darstellung. Daher haben wir es wieder gelöscht. Mehr Schaden als Nutzen für uns. Schade, da die Idee sehr gut ist. Wenn das Design verbessert wird, kommen wir wieder darauf zurück.

Please do some refactoring of your code. I see strange messages in my console like "50" "222221111" or "11111" sent by this .js file in my code: /31aug26paidd20_free_final_68.js 7th February 2021: While their site, way2enjoy was down, during the app loading, it froze my whole store. Don't install this app ever!!

Started using this app after seeing the reviews. But the experience as an user is different. The interface is very confusing. The app is deducting my wallet balance without sending the Whatsapp messages. Tried to reach support team through phone and chat multiple times, but there is no response at all, though its mentioned as 24x7 support. Very bad experience !

there was some issue in whatsapp automated message and its very common to have such issue. we have fixed that issue. we dont have any control on whatsapp . they do nasty things and ban or restrict or pause or reject templates and msg stop going. we try l;evel best to fix as soon as possible
