Great service, training of the platform was given in a detailed manner and the features of COD confirmation and abandoned cart checkouts are really helpful.

There are some basic key features like custom campaigns, auto-replies, catalog replies, templates, saved replies, and many more which are very much helpful and must feature for e-comm business. The best thing about Interakt is their support The only thing I am not happy about is the user interface and also would request the team to do something about converting COD orders to Prepaid.
