The Softpulse Team never ceases to amaze me. Another great app from these guys. Though our abandoned cart recovery rate is always above 7% to 10%, we have seen this app take it higher by using Whatsapp Abandoned Cart Recovery.

We understand your concern about Automated WhatsApp message template. But we can not do that. We are allowed to send template based messages only, which are pre-approved by WhatsApp.

Very patient team, I have tons of questions but they answered it patiently. I would highly recommend this whatsapp app to anyone that wants to scale their cart abandonment rate. I have also compared a couple of other whatsapp services app, but this is the most cost-saving and effectiveness is there too. Kudos to the team!
