Extremely useful, customers can contact us in realtime using whatsapp. It should be one of the apps you should install immediately.

O aplicativo é funcional, porém, ao enviar a mensagem do whatsapp para carrinhos, ele envia o link da shopify para o cliente e não do domínio, dessa forma, o cliente não consegue fazer a compra, pois o link não existe

Works like a charm.. very easy to deploy.. So far so good, 5 stars from me.
I specifically like that you can set Availability so you limit the time when you get messages.

Also having control over the widget location, on which pages to display is great feature.

On mobile, there is no option but the sticky bar in the bottom.
That means it interfered with existing security badges (Mcaffee, Shopify security) which are vital to the store.

Your app is great but since i can't use im goving it one star. Sorry.

I have one doubt .. In automated message to customers you will directly send message to new customers so is there any chance to get suspend our number by whatsapp? . Please clear it . I have fear about this . Bcoz whatsapp block number if we continue send message to unknown. number

As we mentioned in the application, Automated messages are sent using pre-approved WhatsApp business number, not using your own WhatsApp number.

So no need to worry about suspension of your WhatsApp number. We are using official API to send automated message.

With that message,
- Customer will get your store name and WhatsApp link, so that they can contact you directly.
- Also if customer response to automated message then it will be available in our application admin to view what they replied.
