After SEVERAL years looking for an app to manage wholesale orders and customers, Wholesale Gorilla app is filling ALL OUR NEEDS... I am so happy, I can't tell you how much life will be easier now with this AWESOME BEST WHOLESALE app in the WORLD!! ...and an AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE in addition to that..!

I should have written this a lot time ago. The customer service is top of the line. They are responsive and will let you know if there are any conflicts with other apps. I messed up my theme with another application that did not allow a simple "uninstall". It caused my wholesale customers to not see their discounted page! OMG, I was screwed. I contacted the Wholesale Gorilla team and they were on it.
What I love the most:
Once customers signup - they can see their discounts right away.
You can change bulk discount offers on products - individually - not to a whole collection or store
The app manages discounts so you aren't giving away your store. It is "smart" to apply one discount and not combine them with other offers. FREAKING LOVE THIS APP

Wholesale Gorilla is a great app and their customer service is amazing. They did most of the work installing and configuring the app FOR us and then once we needed some styling changes and dev work we couldn't do ourselves without access to the code, they stepped up and delivered a timely manner. Definitely recommend

I recently added wholesale sales to my business and was looking for an easy, all-in-one solution that would integrate into my existing Shopify site. It streamlines the wholesale customer application and account set-up process, helps you create special pricing for wholesale customers, includes a easy Quick Order Form to help customers order or re-order multiple products in one form, and offers options with customizable messages for wholesale customers, setting orders rules (minimums, maximums, multiples), and shipping options. It is a powerful app and I highly recommend it. I have a unique theme for my site and Wholesale Gorilla's customer support went above and beyond to help me to add the app functionality to my existing theme. This is a fabulous program. We did run into a few "issues" but the customer service was so good that I had no doubt in mind that this is where I wanted to stay and fix the issues. All have been fixed in a very timely manner and I am a very happy customer!
Does just about everything I could ask for, and the service is terriffic! Their email reply to me bounced and Ann went out of her way to email again to make sure I got the reply. Super easy setup, user friendly, and really fast integration. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

We downloaded Gorilla as it was recommended to us, but we had issues setting up the app. We raised issues with Shopify who referred issue to Gorilla for help. We have contacted Gorilla 3 times for help via various means and DEADEND. Not heard anything back. This seems to be a typical problem. So we are moving to another app, as if we have this much trouble when starting, the lack of communication with Gorilla will not work moving forward. UPDATE - TEAM GORILLA GOT BACK TO ME QUICKLY FOLLOING THIS REVIEW AND WERE VERY PROACTIVE AND HELPFUL. THEY RESPONDED TO MY QUESTION AND WERE VERY THOROUGH IN THEIR REPLIES. THUMBS UP TO TEAM GORILLA FOR THAT.

By far the easiest wholesale app we've used. Simple and reactive, with excellent customer service. The app uses just one variant on each product which makes life much easier and easy for new wholesalers to sign up! Everything you could want in a wholesale app, highly recommend.
After comparing the available B2B / wholesale apps in the store, I have decided to go for Wholesale Gorilla, as it had all the features I was looking for without charging me the world for it. The installation went smooth and the emails I sent to their support team were answered very quickly and super friendly, incl. making a few modifications to my signup form. My test runs went without a problem and i'm looking forward to launch the wholesale option now to my dealers. Only suggestion for improvement: It would be great to be able to change some of the wording of the translations (I'm running a German store). But that's really just a minor caveat of an otherwise great app!
LOVE this app!!! It is super easy to setup and use. It is really seamless and I just don't have to worry. The app makes it very simple to manage my wholesale customers and pricing. I have reached out to support a couple times with questions and always get helpful resolutions very quickly. Have already recommended this app to several friends!
