5 stars, plus a bonus star for the awesome support I have received from Marius. The app works just like it says it does and when I had some integration issues with other apps, they worked to get those fixed for me as well. I like that the app doesn't create variants for each discount, the way this app works seems much cleaner to me. They have a loyal customer here and I recommend anyone else looking for a wholesale app to try this one first!

Have been using this app for 3+ years. This app does exactly what we needed. There was a glitch on the cart page after I did a bulk update on custom prices. Rob was able to look into the issue and solve it in one day. Great customer service and technical support!

Keeping track of two websites, retail and wholesale would be a nightmare. Wholesale Club is a great way to offer wholesale pricing to select customers and run everything on one website rather than two separate websites. The support team is extremely
helpful - if they don't know the answer right away, they research, fix the issue and follow up during the whole process and once fixed.

We've used Supple to add two new access levels to our retail webshop... one for wholesale and the other for distributors. The features of the app gave us exactly what we needed to show exclusive pricing to our various customers, set minimum spends, allow them to earn volume discounts and up sell those discounts to ensure maximum uptake. Got a bit lost at different times putting it all together, but Marius and the support team were always on-hand with courteous, efficient and effective help.

Great support and easy to use. The support team always responded quickly and they are very professional. We also installed the Quick Order form, which is a huge benefit for wholesale customers, it works great. We would definitely recommend this app!

Lacks some of the fancy features found in other apps, but does the important things well. Super reliable with excellent customer support. We've used for over 7 years. The only wholesale app that integrates with the best bulk cart app EasyWholesale (by NexusMedia).

The app is super easy to use and understand. And if you end up having some sort of trouble that you can not fix, their support team is an amazing one. So don't be scared to reach out to them! We got our problem resolved fairly quickly with some back and forth. But Kay, the support member that helped me, was very concise and detailed when she needed information from me to fix the issue. Amazing app, amazing company, and even better customer service!
