All-in-all, Wholesale Club has been a good addition for us. It has most of the functionality we need to please our wholesale customers. We have had some issues with this app getting along with other apps or coding on our site. Also, it is frustrating that the only way to contact support is via email, especially when there is an urgent issue. However, with that being said, Declan and the developers have always been able to nail down the problem and get it fixed.
We needed a solution for wholesale pricing on POS Channel, and this Wholesale Club can do very nicely and well integrated. I'm only giving it 4 stars as we originaly wanted to use it for our Online Shop as well, but it does not work with our theme. So we ended with another solution for that part.
So far it is working ok but it is too early for us to have a final opinion. Our customers seem pleased and that is the main priority.

Great customer service and does what we need! Going forward I wish it had more capability with other discounting bulk/tier apps so we could do promos with our wholesale customers. I also wish it showed the breakdown or ability to track a promo code/discount.
Our company has been using this application for almost 5 years with very little hiccups. On the rare occasion that we notice an issue, the team @ Orbit get back to us with either a fix or at minimum communication to move forward.
The only real problem that we have with the app is for our Canadian customers receiving wholesale without having to go through a few hoops to keep the pricing at checkout. This started when Shopify launched markets. It's not a deal breaker as our sales into that country are small and we work with the dealers on a need to basis.

We have just installed the app, and so far so good and I have to say that the support I received from Kay was great! Helpful and super efficient.
Great app that integrates with Superstore well. I was using Locksmith to hide my retail products which worked well but now just have a separate B2B area. You will need to disable the express checkout option from showing anywhere but your check out in order for the discounts to apply. Support from Kay was excellent.

September 2021: We got excellent support from James who sent a detailed explanation including supportive videos to help us solve an issue we had been facing for quite a while. After several requests for support before that didn't work out well, we finally got the support we needed and the issue could be solved easily. July 2020: What happened to this App? We've been using it on 2 of our shops - at first it was great. Now it's full of glitches, we keep getting customer complaints, customer service is poor at best. Response time is long and they general blame the issue on us??? Time to look for a new solution. What a shame.
Our buyer clients so far have called it easy to use, intuitive, and are excited about the new option.
4/5 because we had some early road bumps with set up but were pleasantly surprised how quickly Emily resolved (where Kara the first day or two was unable to help) and gave us some concern.
We ran into somehow the monthly subscription not starting so that paused features but didn't say why, if you have been on the demo and it's not live - check that out. It sounds silly but there was no alert even when the theme was published so we ran around in circles for a bit wondering why our test account wasn't showing the discounts.
Now we have it all going like clockwork. We've only installed a week ago, so far working well - will try to update good/bad over time once clients have more time to use it. I'm hopeful that now that we're live the speedy response time during business hours continues if anything comes up.
A lot of apps have step by steps for turning on various features and understanding functionality. Supple Wholesale Club doesn't have anything like that but with they will explain it to you over email with a bit of patience.
The group is based out of Canada on PT so if you're east coast early morning give it a little bit of time.
