L'application est très intuitive et donne un bon rendu. Tout est expliqué sur le fonctionnement en vidéo et le service client est à disposition en cas de nécessité.

J’ai récemment rencontré un problème technique sur mon compte WideBundle, et après avoir contacté le support, je suis vraiment impressionné par leur efficacité. Ils ont pris en charge mon souci de A à Z sans que j’aie à m’en occuper ! L’équipe a tout réglé en très peu de temps, et j’ai pu voir les résultats directement sur mon compte.

C’est vraiment appréciable de pouvoir compter sur un support client aussi rapide et compétent.
