Been using this app for at least 5 years....
Today, suddenly this damn app bug out and make a $100 discount code to one of my customer. The customer basically get a free $100 worh of product for paying nothing.
To make it worse, when I raised the concern the support team treat me like an idiot that do not know how to navigate the app. Hey, I have been using this app for 5 years, I know how the discount work, how to navigate those BASIC thing. Your app caused me to lost $100 and you know throw the blame on me?
I am very happy with this app! I use it primarily to manage my preorder system. After trying a few others, I really came to appreciate the simplicity with which I can designate a product as a preorder. I simply make a @pre tag right on the product page. Other apps require a much more laborious process.
I did however notice some inconsistencies. My products wouldn't always display correctly as a preorder, and there was often a couple of seconds of lag until the button on the website would switch from "buy now" to "preorder".
I contacted them about this, and they were not only very responsive, but also put a lot of effort into improving the app. Now it is rock solid. All of my products display correctly and there is no lag at all. As soon as the page pulls up it displays as a preorder. I couldn't be happier!
Customer service has always been amazing. I've been using this app now for several years and never any glitches.
I asked if the shipping bar at the top of the page could only be visible when a product is added to cart and they custom coded and applied the changes for me within days. Very happy :)
I used to use this app and our conversion rate dropped dramatically when we installed a different app. Support is instant, really excited to get my conversion rates back up!
