The automated plan is simple to use and very effective. We love the daily emails showing status as well. The only thing we wish would happen is multiple updates during the day instead of once per day.

To this point, it does appear that the app works well and does what it is supposed to do. The only issue we ran into was that we were trying to upload a list of products not to be updated and the list didn't upload correctly. It took support a couple of days to respond, but they did finally get the issue addressed.

I do like the fact that the items to be ignored are in a list instead of having to have tags attached to them (easier to monitor and manage).

All in all, for $3 a month, a good deal and I would use it again (and have done so). We have it installed on 2 sites.

Works really well except doesn't update the Shopify POS stock if you are using that option.

I thought it was the best app, but I was wrong. Does the same as going to shopify admin and archive sold out products through filtering. I was surprised when I accessed a sold out product link and got a 404 error. Uhg! Terrible! I just wanted not to show up sold out products wherever on the page, but accessible through direct link, so I can warn customers and give them the chance to subscribe when it's available again. SEO hurts when sold out products gives a 404 error!

Hi! The app builds on Shopify's hiding feature which has the advantage of hiding sold-out products from collections as well as search results. The downside is that Shopify also hides the product details page which is why you see the 404.

Due to this limitation, our app does not support SEO-friendly hiding. We will reach out to you if we have an alternative solution in the future.

App deletes products after a while completely removing them from shopify ive had to re upload over 50 products

I am sorry to hear that but our app did not delete your products. Wipeout app does not have a delete feature. It only HIDES Sold Out products. Hidden products are accessible from Shopify Admin like before. We can identify the actual app that deleted your products.
