Excelente aplicacion, de bot no tiene nada, responde tan natural que lo calificaria como un humano inteligente y con criterio, tan util es que nosotros mismos aveces lo utilizamos para saber si vendemos cierto tipo de productos ya que nuestro catalogo es demasiado grande y perdemos la pista de todos los productos.

Es una app amigable que permite un entrenamiento fácil y rápido. Nos ayuda a responder la mayoría de los mensajes de nuestros clientes cuando estamos offline y sus respuestas se sienten tan cercanas que nos sorprenden. Además, el equipo de soporte ha estado muy atento.
