Hopeless. I had high(er) hopes after joining an AMA on X about how the ads are now Grok-assisted, but the same UI issues exist. My catalog is always disconnected when I go to check it (on the Shopify side). It reconnects, but none of the recent products show up on the X side. I deleted and retried, but same issues. When I try to create an ad, I'm forced into a generic carousel-style ad, that's pulling ancient products that have no relevance to our audience on X.
Compared to Google and Meta (neither of which are perfect), the X integration seems very buggy, and for us, unusable, since I want to advertise a specific set of products.

is terrible to use. not easy to upload your products, shop manger does not recognize products
Hi Last Stand Hats, thanks for the feedback. Our team looked into this for you and are seeing that your shop and products are successfully connected and synced into our Shopping Manager. However, your X ad account still isn't connected. Can you share additional details on the issue or error you're seeing? Would love to help you get this resolved ASAP.

high key does not work
Hi Chipped Social - Thanks for taking the time to test our app and leave a review! We rolled out some feature improvements for the app recently that should provide a better experience. Can you share more details on the issues you were facing so we can look into them?
Doesn't appear to be working. It's been nearly 24 hours and the app says my products are synced; however, the shop shows no products.
Edit: My issue was resolved and the response was fairly quick. Thank you for getting back to me! :D

Hi Pawsonify, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and we apologize for the inconvenient experience. We rolled out some feature improvements for the app recently, and during the brief testing period, the features were limited to Shopify sellers in Canada. It is now available in the US and Canada.

Not longer works, hasn't for months. No sycing of products. Bad app.

I don't think it works anymore since Twitter is now X. Couldn't get it to connect to my store.

Doesn’t work no more with Shopify and Shopify stoped phone support and now impossible to get help with Shopify only on chat and extremely time consuming only to get nowhere.

Stopped working, new products won't sync. I'm assuming the skeleton crew over on "X" forgot this integration existed, since they didn't put it behind a paywall lol.
