I synced my store, but the shop front set up
Visit the Storefront page, select the product set you would like to feature, and publish a Shop or Shop Spotlight. Need more help? Visit our onboarding guide.
Does not work the URL is a blank page might as well be a 404 error. The set up guide is less than helpful it does not have anything about issues like this.
I'll change my review if I can get some support no way to call or get help.

Easy to use. It must have been updated recently because I had none of the problems previous reviews reported.

Seems like everything is published and active on Shopify... but my spotlight is not showing up on my Twitter profile. How do I troubleshoot this?
Hi HODLing APPAREL, thanks so much for reaching out!
We have checked your Twitter handle and we do see your Spotlight visible on the profile page. Please note that you must be on an iOS or Android device (mobile only) in the United States in order to view a published storefront. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at merchant-support@twitter.com
I find the app useless so far. Nothing will download into products. The CSV file will not work. Notta ~

so far, the catalogue does not sync even thought it says it is connected. then when I check the sales channel, indicates that it is NOT connected. no clear indication of what the status is.
Hi Mettalusso, thank you for your interest! We noticed you were able to sync successfully and enable a storefront on Twitter. Please let us know if you need any additional assistance!
It's buggy, but I'm glad X has this integration available.
Hi Hardcore Catholics, thanks so much for taking the time to try our app and leave a review! We made some updates to our app recently that should stabilize the experience. Please let us know if you continue to run into any issues and we can reach out directly to help you look into them.
First, thank you for this app. It is still buggy. I gave it a couple of days to make sure the catalog was completely sync'd. I was finally able to create a set. With hit-or-miss efforts, mine is limited to 3 items. When I add other product codes, I get the message, "no results." The "help" button takes me to a Twitter page that is not helpful.
Hi ClinicalPosters,
Thanks for your interest! You could always add up to 50 products under one product set. Could you please email the product IDs that you believe are missing to us at merchant-support@twitter.com, we will look into those products accordingly.

Thank you!
Not user friendly. Very strange to have some items pulled to be able to use. Mostly weird items that are not even actually for sale on my site. Then, when I do find a product that I want to put into a set I can't because my pictures are all too small. The way my template of my store works is that I use 212 x 250px. I would need to re-do all of my pictures to make it work. Plus, I tried to re-do one to see if I could get it to work and it doesn't.
