This app support was really great. Especially Roland....
I had a issue suddenly so I contacted with support. Roland replied within 1 min and fixed issue within 2 mins. Super fast and kind support. Thank you so much, Roland.

Yotpo is a great company; we use them for customer review syndication to walmart.com and subscription models on our website. We had a loyal customer upset because of our mistake, and Roland was able to walk me through the process, providing a freshly captured video and screenshots. He also confirmed my coupon settings were correct, and it worked. Excellent service, outstanding support, and amazing employees.

For everyone looking for a subscription solution, this app is without a doubt THE BEST possible solution. After testing and comparing with other apps I can say that Yotpo has the best conversion rate on subscriptions of them all. And even more importantly, their team is amazing and they go the extra mile to help a customer. In this case I must mention Rachel, without hers and the developer's team help I would've been force to use some other solution. (because of integration issues I had with my funnel builder) Thank you very much and keep up the amazing work, you have a big future!

We just recently switched from another subscription program, and so far the features and functionality have been way smoother and more intuitive! The customer service and support are outstanding as well! We are thrilled that we switched programs!

So far I give this a 5 star because I just set up my first subscription so will see how it goes. However, it is so easy to set up and when I hit a snag Roland in the chat was super helpful. So far so good!
