Tech support is a challenge. Thus far, the four times I have contacted them, they have escalated the tickets, which means at least a 24-hour wait for someone to get back to you. In their support chat, they disable the ability to upload screenshots, so every time within the chat, you have to request the ability to upload a screenshot. This is unheard of. Sales promised the moon. Support made it very clear things would be done exactly to their script or it wouldn't be done at all. Miserable onboarding experience, and I'm still dealing with 20+ emails per day from confused customers.

That said, the app itself seems to work very well. Fresh signups have it easy as can be.
