Transitioning to Yotpo subscriptions was incredibly easy, thanks to Sheen Buhay and the migration team. They helped me every step of the way so that we didn't lose any of our current subscribers. I'm also very happy with the subscription interface, backend, and frontend that Yotpo offers. It's easy to work with and fits in nicely on our product pages!

Albert our migration specialist made the transition super easy. We had a few special circumstances and Yotpo was able to handle each of them. We switched from Bold and are very happy with the switch. If you have other Yotpo products their subscriptions app works amazing with their other suite of apps.

The Yotpo team and Radley have been great to work with. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all quickly and patiently. I do hope they can get Yotpo to work on mobile devices soon, as that would be super helpful for my business. The desktop version is working great so far!

Sales promised the moon. Support made it very clear things would be done exactly to their script or it wouldn't be done at all. Miserable onboarding experience, and I'm still dealing with 20+ emails per day from confused customers.

That said, the app itself seems to work very well. Fresh signups have it easy as can be.
