Anfangs lief nicht immer alles glatt und die App hat ein bisschen Probleme mit dem Übersetzen von Sonderzeichen, z.B. ö, ä oder ß. Insgesamt ist die App aber sehr gut, funktioniert einwandfrei und der Kundenservice ist fantastisch. Thessanyl hat mir sehr geholfen und ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke!

had a problem i could figure out and it was frustrating me to no end. Once i open the chat and spoke with Roland he fixed the issue and also gave me instructions on how to fix the issue myself if i ever ran into the problem again. I am super happy and super satisfied! they have great support. we worked with Albert on the Yotpo Subscriptions Migrations Support team and he was amazing to collaborate with. very thorough, very quick to respond, and very helpful in getting all of our legacy subscribers from a previous platform migrated to Yotpo.

Just switched to Yotpo after a terrible experience with another subscription app (Upscribe) and we are super impressed. Onboarding was fast and efficient and the support team was excellent. The app works great, and their support answers immediately. This app has the best support out of any of the apps we've used for the site -including Shopify itself. I've used Yotpo support chat multiple times and they're consistently helpful.
