I love them... outside of the shipping times being a little longer than I would like ... I haven't had an issue... I have ordered a few of my own items to see how the quality was as well as to understand the shipping process.... I had only one issue really with shipping for a customer and it was fixed very quickly by their customer service department...Cannot beat their POD prices ... I have compared them to soooooo many other POD companies out there and they are by far the best in all categories... I only give them 4 stars because of the longer than I would like shipping times... but other than that I highly recommend

The products look great and there is a lot of variety, however the production times and shipping times are atrocious. I personally have been waiting over a month for my sample items to arrive and my customers that have ordered are experiencing the same. The customer service is redundant, asking questions that they already have the data to confirm, and have taken so long to respond with reprints when items have arrived with paint splatters and sewing mistakes. DO NOT USE THIS APP if you don't want complaints from your customers for sub par items and shipping delays.

I was a 1 Star review, but they were very nice and asked me to change to my review, even though the simple problem was never solved, but they sounded so nice I didn't want to hurt their feelings ( I know, so Canadian of me) so I will leave this at a 3 Star.

I was trying for a week to set up an account and finally just deleted the app.

I will change this review once I get some service.
I have been trying for HOURS to set up an account but you won't send the code I need to complete the set up.
I have tried different e-mails (incase one was not responding) and I have checked my spam mail. NOTHING was sent to me and I requested the code like 100 times.

YOUR APP DOESNT EVEN WORK SO WHY WOULD I WANT TO ORDER PRODUCT FROM YOU?

The selection of products is great, as is the quality, and production and shipping are fast. I would give this app 5 stars, but unfortunately it doesn't work with Shopify. It will not connect to my store and keeps asking me to install the app, which is already installed. I have contacted support twice about it, and have not received any response or acknowledgement of my issue.

I will use it to order merch for in-person selling, but I will have to look for alternatives for e-commerce. It's too bad because this app has great potential.
