I really like them material it's good and good customer services. And they have so many different products.

Once upon a time, Yoycol was easy enough to work with. I had very few issues at the time. That has since changed as there has been a long overdue issue going on that began in April 2023 with an order from a customer. The parcel never arrived at her address, despite the fact she's ordered from me in the past. Yoycol insists the address is invalid but I demonstrated otherwise. Instead of fixing the problem, they're dragging it on. My business has suffered because of it. I'm so furious with Yoycol right now and am about to walk away from them for good. They cost me more than just a sale with the bad service received here.

At the moment, I have thrown everything associated with Yoycol on draft instead of active as I no longer trust them. They told me to keep waiting and yet this has been a problem that's been lingering since mid-April. We're now mid-July! I'm at the point where I feel they owe me more than just a refund. Issue a reprint and PROPER DELIVERY to the customer who was so badly wronged but issued a refund at the same time. Better companies have done something like this once they clued in they failed miserably in the department of customer service and product delivery. Will Yoycol do the same? Right now, I have my doubts.

I'm following on Yoycol since January of this year when they had a few unique products, but they just exploded in a very few months, they have a very helpful and responsive Facebook Group where customer service is very responsive, shipping prices are clearly stated under every product, yes, fairly high, but the product prices are the lowest on the market, without losing quality, i have sampled 15 of their items and i am really happy with them. Production time is the fastest i've experienced personally. I really recommend Yoycol

Yoycol has wide product selections at a reasonable price, this really helps with your profit margin. I think the design app could use some work, but it is fine for now. They probably have the best customer service out of many Print on Demand companies I've worked with. They've reached out to me on the app and on email making sure all my needs are taken care of. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a better POD alternative. Regards

My experience with Yoycol has been great. Their customer support is great, and although the shipping did take a bit longer than expected I was blown away by the quality of the products. I definitely recommend these guys if you desire premium quality with your prints.

I first found out about Yoycol on the Shopify App Store. I was struggling with Printify because of the third party vendors not listening to advice and pricing becoming an issue. So I did a little digging on YouTube and social media to figure out more about Yoycol. I heard a lot of positive reviews about their products. And not only that I saw that Yoycol was pretty much a gold mine for all over print clothing, which my store focuses on. So I did a few designs and I purchased some products to see how they would turn out. When I received them they were AMAZING!!! Way better quality than MWW on Demand. Even the shoes that I got from Yoycol have helped me very much so with my plantar fasciitis. The shoes I am talking about are the air cushioned shoes. Customer support is working on improving their services which is normal for any new company trying to get their foot off the ground. The shipping is slower than most print-on-demand companies, however, I am happy to trade slower shipping for way better product quality! I personally love Yoycol and their products and look forward to see them flourish in the future!!!
