Zakeke ‑ Customizer 2D 3D

Great support - one product image wasn't rendering correctly and they custom made a solution for us. The app is very easy to use and exactly what we need to allow customers to customise their own products - so combine that with such phenomenal customer service and you have a real winning app. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Zakaka is really a very useful app, it makes our shopify more perfect. Through simple settings, customers can easily customize their own products and place orders on our shopify, and we will continue to use them.

I love this app. We do some personalization of some of our products and the way it integrates on the homepage makes it easy for the customer to design his favorite product. Also when it comes to the workflow, it is easy to use and helps me to have a lean process with all this data that need to be managed.
When I had a problem, the team was always helpful and could resolve my issue in no time. So if you are doing personalizations there is no better option available for shopify to my knowledge.

Nach ersten kleinen tapsigen Erkundungsversuchen, wie die App und der Personalisierer genau funktionieren (was aber sicher eher auf meine mangelnden Englischkenntnissen zurück zu führen ist) - komme ich super mit der Anwendung klar und bin sehr glücklich mit den Optionen der App. Da ich immer die Möglichkeit einer Personalisierung anbiete, kann ich hiermit dem Kunden ein viel besseres und schnelleres Einkaufserlebnis bescheren. Ein GANZ großes Lob muss ich auch dem Support aussprechen: nicht nur, dass sie sehr schnell reagieren - sie sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und liefern tolle Arbeit. Egal, wobei ich ein Problem hatte - sie haben mir direkt und unkompliziert geholfen! Dafür noch mal 5 Sterne und ein Plus :)

The Zakeke app has given me new hope for increased sales! Having vector art as an output will greatly reduce my production times. Many other customizer apps do not produce vector art, so this is huge.

I absolutely LOVE this app. The team continues to advance the features and make improvements. Using a customizer app is very advanced and takes a lot of work to implement each product on the back end of your store. The Zakeke app implementation is much more streamlined compared to other customizer apps.
