Great Support!!! Some problems (due to my fault) in the beginning but the great support by Giusi and the technical team determined the reason quickly and gave my perfect instructions how to solve it! Absolutely satisfied...

I think that Zakeke solved most of my issues on offering customers web2print choice instead of print on demand.
It's easy to understeand, user friendly interface, great possibility to customize your product with your personal template and more..
I'm at the beginning but I'm full satisfied.

We're using Zakeke for our store to customize mug prints and other similar printed products.
It's been the ultimate experience with all the features the App offers, especially the 3D preview, it's AMAZING!

I have tried many of the interactive product designers in Shopify for personalizing our prints. They all fell short in some way. Zakeke has been relatively smooth to use but what really sets them apart is their customer service. Each time I have run into something they respond ASAP. When there have been features that they aren't currently offering, they have worked them into their timeline and kept me notified about when to expect them. Looking forward to rolling it out site wide.

Through my experience as a digital service provider and business owner, I MUST say Zakeke's support is the best. They don't use Live chat but it's like Live chat Most importantly they solve the problems for you. Zakeke is helping increase my store's sales and AOV! Thanks, Ken, Filipo, and others I didn't meet
