Zapier: Workflow Automation

Horrible experience!!

Was directed to this by the AI tools, it performed one easy job well and I was excited to explore what else it could do. The yearly billing paused me for just a moment, as good products do not have to force some to use it for a year. But, the price is perfectly set up for scamming, good a mount but not scary enough take the risk. So, they got me. After a week of spending hours working with the AI to created the tasks I was working on and hitting ability road blocks over and over I realized I was missing something or it was beyond it's capabilities, I finally reached out to human support. Got a response two days later.. the response not only didn't fix the issue but it came long after I decided to throw in the towel. I asked to be refunded and was told they have a strict no refund policy by both human support and billing. Do not sign up for the free trial unless you have a great amount of time to fully test before committing. And absolutely do NOT sign on and less you are sure it will do what you need, you will not get your money back without reporting it as fraud!

After using Zapier for years, one day one of our Shopify stores stopped connecting. Every time we're trying to connect it to Zapier, we get "This auth is expired. Please reconnect it here."
- No matter what we tried, Zapier will not connect to our store out of a sudden.
- Their customer service pretty much said we're on our own after years of working with them and they can't help us. They will file a ticket internally and only IF there is enough complaints like this, then someone will work on this issue.

Zapier is an amazing tool. Their support is also quite incredible. When you have those moments of frustration with native integrations, Zapier comes to the rescue. In our case, that means automatically adding new Shopify contacts to Zendesk. We also use it to drive facebook leads to mailchimp for lead generation campaigns.

I am experiencing the same thing. I am trying to reconnect to Shopify from Zapier and its giving me an authorizing error. It was working before then just stopped working in the last week.

I'm far from being any kind of developer but I was able to easily create several zaps that work correctly. Very easy to use. When I've had questions or something hasn't worked the way I thought it should, their customer support has been very responsive and helpful.

Zapier email blasted asking for reviews, happy to oblige. We have over 50 different automations using data coming from shopify to trigger automated actions across our business. Success in small business is measured by how much can be accomplished by the very few, zapier is your key to that success.

Zapier is one of the most genius tools for growing your business. Whether is managing customer data, marketing automation, to save time and to scale your operations, Zapier offers an almost infinite number of ways to hack your way to growth. Plus it's super simple to use... no tech knowledge required!

A good, albeit a bit pricy for a small store, solution to automatise some tasks. We use it to export Shopify orders to a google spreadsheet for simple accounting, tweet new products and add new email addresses to Mailchimp.

When Zapier will have support for Etsy then it will really kick ass. :)

From what I can tell they own this space along with OneSaas and Workato but we prefer Workato because it's Native to Salesforce. We are testing Zapier as a backup to see if it makes the process any easier...even though they are not Salesforce experts if it works then you can argue with that.

Zapier has changed the way our business works. Shopify has great features, but Zapier lets me take a shopify order and plug it into our in-house processing spreadsheets, generate a XERO invoice, and print out shipping labels all ready to go before we even get the notification.
