We love the Zendesk Shopify integration. It really provides all the data our customer service team needs to properly respond to a request- often without even having to log in to our Shopify portal! This has saved us countless hours each week as a result we were able to transition one CS rep to another role!

About a month ago THE DATA OF SOME CUSTOMERS are not being loaded on the right sidebar (APP) of zendesk tickets.Was there an update? How to proceed?

I stress, this occurs with some requests only. In cases where this occurs, I hereby report that the CUSTOMER E-MAIL has been verified in zendesk and is exactly the same as the SHOPIFY customer email.

Good to see some developer responses. App works as expected and saves us a lot of time. Unfortunately it matches the order based on the primary email address in Zendesk, which oftentimes is different. It would be good if it also matched by secondary email addresses and/or Shopify order number set in Zendesk.

This app is the best for keeping all our customer emails and inquiries in one place rather than bombarding an email address. I love being able to look up the history when a customer returns with more questions. Also appreciate that our agents can have a conversation internally prior to replying.

really expensive for what it is but it does the job. setup was quite complicated as well. now that everything is setup i feel like i am stuck with it
