I am updating my previous review following a resolution from Zendrop.

After my initial complaint regarding a chargeback caused by international shipping delays, Zendrop reviewed the case and compensated me for the financial loss. I appreciate that the issue was eventually acknowledged and resolved.

While international shipping delays can still present risks during peak seasons, I want to note that Zendrop did take responsibility in this case and provided compensation, which I consider a positive and professional response.

Thank you to the Zendrop team for addressing the matter and closing the issue.

The private agent is great especially my team with shahid. The only thing that needs work is that shipping time with the products is not fast at all I am getting hit with chargebacks because of this, and the pricing of the product isn’t even the lowest compared to your own separate supplier.

I'm very pleased to say that Easy4LifeSolutions got a lot of support from the support team on ZenDrop!
Always very helpful, kind, looking for Solutions.
They also listen to suggestions from shop owners who are dedicated to test the product themselves before launching it at their own shop.
Overall, improvement is always a goal, service is very good at the moment!

I worked very hard for months to set up my Shopify store and connected all the products I wanted to list. There were a few hiccups and miscommunication and learning curve on my part but Zendrop came through. Ms. Darlene Mendoza from the customer success team was unbelievably helpful along with other team members that helped with my issues.

The one thing people need to understand, which got me confused, is Zendrop is NOT a warehouse of items, they are a drop shipper which has millions of vendors and when and order is placed they fulfill the order through a supplier. I misunderstood but once I understood how things work I realized what I needed to do to make my business successful. Zendrop has weekly calls and will evaluate your store. Take advantage of this they are there to help you succeed. I appreciate everything that the success team has done for me.

Yes, items are going to be out of stock, prices will change at a moments notice and some take a long time to get delivered but once you understand which products to choose and where they come from it won't seem so overwhelming. Remember they are basically a middle man to vendors, they do not hold inventory. That has been my biggest take away from my experience.

But the one thing that has kept me going is the customer service, which has been top notch. I have looked at other drop shippers and they just don't offer the products I want to sell. Last piece of advice, go to the Zendrop academy and utilize all the courses, online meetings, articles available. That is what has helped me immensely.

I received a new order but it was cancelled. I reached out to Zendrop at 5am (EST) frustrated that there was no number to call, however after going through the FAQs and not finding what I needed I decided to use the chat and was quickly relieved when the bot offered me a human. She quickly resolved my issue and my order was immediately sent to the quoting process. Thanks Zendrop you rock!

I ran into some tough fulfillment issues using Zendrop — slow shipping from China, inconsistent product quality, and pricing or stock issues with items sourced from Amazon. These hiccups made it difficult to deliver a reliable customer experience, especially when you're just getting started.

To their credit, Zendrop’s support team stepped up after my initial review. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely tried to make things right. That effort matters.

They also offered a path forward: placing bulk orders (100+ units) that they can stock in their warehouse to reduce shipping times. While that’s not a solution for every seller, it does give growing stores more control as they scale.

There’s still room to improve on supplier reliability, but the platform itself is solid — and the support team clearly cares about your success.

The app itself is solid, and support is generally helpful — once you figure out how to bypass the chatbot to get real answers.

Where I’ve run into consistent issues is with the most important part: actually, receiving the products.

If you're sourcing from China to the U.S., expect long (sometimes endless) shipping times and zero quality control. I ordered four of the same item — one arrived completely different from the others.

You’ll also notice a lot of products sourced from Amazon. That sounds great in theory (faster delivery, local sourcing), but in practice, pricing often jumps right when you place the order, or the item is suddenly out of stock — sometimes both.

Ultimately, I’ve had to source products elsewhere just to fulfill orders and avoid disappointing customers.

I understand I’m not a high-volume store (yet), but you’ll never become one if you can’t reliably deliver what customers buy.
