Overall support when needed is great! However, I am still figuring out the best way to have a complete communication cycle when facing product availability and processing time challenges. I still recommend the app.

I really love Zendrop, their products are vetted to ensure quality and their shipping times are really good! Zendrop also offers refunds on all orders as long as you refund your customers first, this is an amazing policy! However, Zendrop’s support sucks. Luckily, there’s an extensive FAQ page and Bot support to answer most questions you may have. I’d definitely recommend this app.

This experience wasn't a positive one for me, it was very frustrating. Due to an internal problem, I was unable to import products from AliExpress. I was unable to get in touch with support on the website due to an on-site issue. On the website it's the only way it provides instructions for reaching them and doesn't offer any other alternatives. Contacting them was a nightmare. They did not ...

Great Platform, Customer service is great when you have issues. Shipping times is good and hopefully becomes faster like amazon speed! then they would be unbeatable. Hopefully they provide more competitive prices than other fulfilment platforms so they stay desirable for business owners. Thanks Team! Appreciate the work!
