The customer support was quick to reply, patient and friendly. There also a bunch of useful features like Zendrop AI, and the Zendrop academy. Zendrop Plus definitely gives the most value since you get 200-300 dollars in credit which covers the fees for the Plus plan for at least 2 months, motivating you to work even harder so you can use this 'free money' and eventually make a profit for yourself along the way

RIP OFF. We upgraded to a plus account only because it was required to access print on demand services. However once we signed up, when we went to look at the print of demand products all it said was catalog "coming soon". and there was absolutely ZERO print on demand products. This is deceptive because their website and marketing says you get print on demand with a plus membership at $79 per month. there is no free trial either, they charge you right away. so we paid $79 just to find out the one thing we wanted to look into with them was not available. I am wondering why there are so many good reviews on here. Our experience within minutes of signing up is not good at all.

It is my first time getting in to Dropshipping, and am fortunate enough to have Zendrop on myside. Their customer service is spot on and a rereally friendly. Also the products? have ya'll seen their products? It's top notch with hundereds of winning products. If you aint with Zendrop than, you are missing out. Zendrop is a good platform to import products to your Shopify webshop. i was helped by Juan and he was very nice. the overall service of Zendrop is very nice.

Worst dropshipping service ever. It looks pretty I had some order when i started my website They took so long to arrive and I contacted their customer service many times. i could non star i would prefer to select that.

Zendrop is by far the best company I've worked with. They offer tons of free training. If you have an issue the support staff goes above and beyond to help you resolve your issues even if it takes all day. I appreciate them for always being there when needed.
