I had an email typo in an account setup and did not know it and after discovering a bill for a Plus Plan I reached out to them since I had already set up another account with the correct email since I was not receiving correspondence from them (going to the incorrect email I provided). They helped me resolve the matter rather than just sticking to the no refund after 5 days of activation policy. Mariane (who worked with me) was cool headed and followed through until it was all resolved. Very Professional and a great asset to your Customer Service Team! Don't let AI replace her. I saw you could add 1 million products but now with a monthly limit of 1 thousand after a thresh hold!What else I'm looking for in an app is to be able to drop ship from any were to any where! and an easier way to drop-ship exclusively high ticket products

Great customer service so far - Jemima helped me with many questions! Quick to help and assist with any questions I had. I love how easy it is to import products to my shopify store. Such a great service - highly recommend!

Zendrop has has helped me a lot. Trying to get my Shopify store setup and making sure my orders are sent out correctly was a big help for me. The customer service team is great. Communication is the key and if I have any questions or concerns, Zendrop has done a great job so far with helping me. I am still learning the idea of all of this and the chat help feature has been great for learning. The AI chat can answer most questions but the real time conversation with a specialist helped clarify things. Love it so far.

At this point im neutral. This all has been confusing and chaotic from the start of Adrian building the free store. Ive missed every training that i paid for because before that training 99 emails concerning different training and or the same floods my email account so bad that ive ended up missing every single training because of the organized chaos. I dont know any more today than i did the day i signed up. This could be the most wonderful experience in the world. But its not. Trim off the fat and fluff until the store is understood then start trying to sell your apps add ons and extras. Its easy to see why many fail . Their set up to fail.
