Contacted support chat because I couldn’t see the shipping information of an order. Support answered quickly and was able to guide me through to see the shipping information.

Very good support team. They even have a coaching program on the plus plan.

They might be on the little pricier side sometimes (and sometimes not at all).

In summary, a very good platform to test products out on. You can worry less about shipping issues/complications that you may have with aliexpress for example.

Great tool, they work with suppliers so you don't have to. Very rarely is there an issue they cant solve. I recommend the Academy too.

Jinky, in tech support at Zendrop was AWESOME this evening! I'm setting up my store, and have a little problem with processing my Zendrop fulfillment. Pretty sure that it has something to do with the way I set up the links of the products to Shopify. She assured me that it will ship soon, and that they will contact me if they need anymore information from me. I'm sure that they will get it done! Although this is my first fulfillment, the order is for myself as a test! so I'm glad that I'M the buyer in this text case!!
