Just worked with customer service. FANTASTIC! Almost zero waiting time and she was able to sort out a billing problem -- that was my fault. Very competent and responsive.

I'm learning a lot from the Zendrop Agents, asking questions and getting things done little at a time. If you're stuck on something, ask them and they will fix it. The Zendrop site is very simple and easy to use.

Highly recommend it. Fulfilling orders, keeping the list and tracking orders is super easy. And they will help you immediately 24/7 with any issue you may have!

In watching the videos during set up, some of the options shown aren't available or lack functionality to properly operate the store and over two weeks later I still can't open my store. No live customer service only email which is a HUGE time delay is resolving issues. If there is live support, I wouldn't know where to find it so if it's there, they aren't' making it easy to use
