Within a minute or less a team member is there to answer your questions regardless of how stupid your questions may be. They direct you to the links where you can get more detailed info or they will just patiently answer all your questions. Additionally they will email you the information and answers to your questions in a redundant follow up. So far I am very pleased with Zendrop customer service.

zendrop is responsive, helpful, and have a great user friendly interface. i found it very easy to find the products that im looking for and if the dont have it, you can request that they import the product for you and they do so in a reasonable time.

I was using another platform, decided to try zendrop and switched to it. The customer service is always helpful and there whenever I need them. Linking, fulfilling, sourcing, and finding products is easier than the other platform. I like that you can brand the products, have more than 1 account with the plus plan. I am happy I switched!
