great, customer service is very responsive. only thing I can say is they need to better implement shipping methods so that product doesnt get damaged often.
Highly recommend. This is by far the greatest drop shipping website/app you could use. It’s free and still provides great resources (the most important being the suppliers).
I had an issue with tracking number, the support were pretty fast and useful.
Strongly advised. Even with its lack of cost, it offers excellent resources—the suppliers being the most crucial. Additionally, Zendrop has a ton of amazing new products. Very good to use.
I started my Brand in February and Zendrop has been amazing so far. They have a great selection of products. Anything you can think of they probably have it. The prices of them make it easy to make a good profit margin on sales. The customer service and support if you run into any issue the team at Zendrop will try their best to help. I had an issue with linking products to my site. I emailed the support team and Janelle from the team jumped right on it. I’m fully satisfied with the platform. I plan on continuing using this service in the future and I’ve had no problems so far. The make the process of building your e-commerce store seamless. Anyone with enough time could do it. Thank you everyone at Zendrop for making this possible. This is my first time starting my own business and Zendrop makes me confident I can take on the world by the horns.
Zendrop has a great customer service. I reached out to their chat bot and within a few minutes got linked up to a customer support agent. I had a few complications, and I am grateful that they could help me resolve my problems.
Mariane from Zendrop is awesome! She helped me out through chat and made everything super easy. I had a bunch of questions about my dropshipping setup, and she was super patient and knowledgeable. If you need help, Marianne is the go-to person!
zendrop employees are in 1 word Amazing! customer service is always there for you and are very friendly. come up with quick and right options. they really make you feel like you are not alone. definitely recommended!!!

I placed two separate orders and each was fulfilled nearly 18 days later. My customers were very upset!!
That said, when I got a human customer service rep, she showed me how to track the order (I didn't know which shipper in China to select). If I knew how to do so all along, I would have been able to tell customers where product was.
I will give ZenDrop a couple more tries:)

Ive had some trouble on importing products but yet ive gotten alot help from them they reply right away they have helped so much
