Their customer service in the chat is prompt if the chatbot does not answer your question to your satisfaction just tap/click on the "wait for team member". Within a minute or less a team member is there to answer your questions regardless of how stupid your questions may be. They direct you to the links where you can get more detailed info or they will just patiently answer all your questions. Additionally they will email you the information and answers to your questions in a redundant follow up. So far I am very pleased with Zendrop customer service.

Reviewing, specifically, their customer service. Very good, always answers my questions and is able to check on things within a couple of mins. They even will go to the supplier and ask questions I may have that they do not have the current answers for. All in all, A+++

Jinky, in tech support at Zendrop was AWESOME this evening! I'm setting up my store, and have a little problem with processing my Zendrop fulfillment. Pretty sure that it has something to do with the way I set up the links of the products to Shopify. She assured me that it will ship soon, and that they will contact me if they need anymore information from me. I'm sure that they will get it done! Although this is my first fulfillment, the order is for myself as a test! so I'm glad that I'M the buyer in this text case!!
